Co-Creation Intention

 This co-creation originates in Peru - Sacred Valley, MONAY SONQO, in a beautiful place filled with pure nature and love. We met during a 3-day retreat, in one of the powerful meditations with Sound Healing, where we reached another level of consciousness. We decided to transform this moment into a physical meeting, driven by a strong intention. We exchanged ideas and decided that Portugal would be the seed of this pure love, and that's how "madrezita" (mother) was born to bless this encounter. This co-creation is the result of pure love - where intention becomes relationships (inner and outer), each on their own journey, in different places (over 6 months) but connected by the seed. Thus, we nourish the seed and manifest our intention in a blessed encounter prepared for all of us (the fruit of this strong intention) in this place (ATERRA ECO BOUTIQUE) that reminds us (where it all began) of the jungle and all the love dedicated by each one of us: Karin shares all the inspiration and experience from nature and the medicines. NATURRITU shares all the inspiration and experience through healing frequencies. Nádia Leone shares all her inspiration and experience through movements - we manifest our inspiration through the expansion we share with you.


During these 6 months from Peru to Portugal - without limits - each of us travels their own journey to deepen relationships, becoming aware of our own relationship and the relationship with others.

The intention of this co-creation is to expand self-love, which is the relationship with feminine and masculine energy, the relationship with our inner child, the relationship with food, the relationship with emotions, the relationship with the body, the relationship with others.

It brings us to the awareness of how everything in life arises. From an intention comes action, from action comes a reaction - from a reaction comes sharing and manifestation, and from sharing and manifestation comes action.

It brings us to the awareness that love arises in the same way, it arises from one love to another love, without form, without limits, without rules, love is free. Free to expand, free to express.


And thus, this encounter arises, which is the fruit of this awareness where there are no limits. 

We are love that expands like the roots of the blessed madrecita ❤️

Escrevo esta carta para me lembrar de quem sou. Para me lembrar do que sinto, Quando senti tanto e consegui resistir em devolver esta imensidão. Resisti e tanto que senti. Foram noites e dias em que surgiu o pensamento e logo os sentimentos. Como a raiva, a paixão, a admiração, o ódio, a tristeza, o amor, a frustração, a perfeição, e até mesmo a imperfeição, a angústia de querer expressar estes sentimentos e resistir. Como pude sentir tanto e resistir? Estes sentimentos que tanto me moveram e fizeram-me continuar a sentir viva. Mas resisti, resisti no silêncio da noite. Continuo a sentir e intensamente. Não são só pensamentos e sentimentos, são momentos. Momentos eternizados que finalmente tenho coragem de expressar. Quero eternizar este momento. Quero lembrar-me. Quero saber quem sou. E finalmente encontrar-me em tudo o que estou a sentir. São voltas e voltas sem saída. É uma constante, é o eterno. E vou lembrar-me do que resisto em expressar. Não é quem. Não é por quem. É o que habit...

Quente SOL

Nestes dias de nublado sinto a importância do sol. Procuro me aquecer com as mantas da cama, com as letras das músicas que escuto através dos meus auscultadores, através de melodias que me fazem dançar na minha criatividade, espreito pela janela e observo as árvores e as suas folhas a dançarem com o simples encosto do vento e neste quarto embrulhada procuro o quente, o meu quente !!  Quente que faz me sentir em casa, me sentir bem. Como sentir um abraço de alguém que está e quer estar ali para se aquecer e me aquecer. Aquele abraço quente que vem quando existe outro abraço. Aquele quente que arde de dentro e que surge até à superfície da pele e transparece no olhar. Aquele que lembra o fogo de uma fogueira no meio da noite. E continuo a mergulhar dentro para me aquecer, sem nada na superfície, me aqueço nas tentativas de ir dentro e com esperança de encontrar algo que me aqueça.  Quanto mais fundo, mais me sinto perto deste quente e desta chama que arde dentro de m...

o luto

Despedida Talvez o luto não seja apenas aceitar que uma pessoa deixou de fazer parte da nossa vida. Às vezes fazemos o luto de uma amizade, de uma fase, de uma versão de nós, de um lugar que alguém ocupava dentro da nossa história ou até daquilo que aquela relação despertava em nós. Talvez seja por isso que este luto me esteja a custar tanto. Porque não sei se estou a fazer o luto dele ou de tudo aquilo que existia em mim quando ele fazia parte da minha vida. Talvez ele tenha sido uma ponte. E talvez seja por isso que me custe tanto. Porque, quando penso nele, não penso só nele. Penso na minha adolescência. Penso na minha chegada a Lisboa. Penso no Algarve. Penso em momentos em que estava sozinha e ele, mesmo sem participar muito, fazia parte daquele momento. Penso na escrita. Nos poemas. Na música. Naquela minha forma de me entregar aos momentos e às pessoas, de sentir as coisas profundamente e de querer falar sobre elas até perceber o que estou a sentir. E talvez tenha sido...
